Phillip Kellogg was born and raised in Upstate, South Carolina. Upon graduation, Phillip began his career with a small private real estate and estate planning firm in Greenville, S.C. Now he will be taking his skills to Anderson, S.C. to reconnect with his community. His practice focuses on residential real estate transactions, homebuilder representation, and business development and marketing.
